BCS coaches have been formally trained to understand and apply our proprietary coaching methodologies. When selecting potential coaches to join our network we look for extensive business experience however the coaching role heavily relies on the personal qualities of coaching professionals to ensure they are a strong balance of intellectual and emotional intelligence.
Our coaches have secured accreditation with various Associations, however, as the Industry is unregulated, and our own requirements far exceed Industry requirement, it is within our own strict development framework that we focus and train.
Our senior coaches are members of the Family Firm Institute (FFI) which is a membership association based in the United States for professionals serving the family enterprise field, concentrating on multi-generational family in business challenges.

He is a member of the International Coaching Federation, an accredited trainer and a Fellow and former moderator of the Australian Life Writers Association and a moderator in Australia for a US-based Life Insurance Management Research Association.
