ABOUT ALANNA

Alanna has extensive experience in coaching senior executives in private and public organisations in Australia, New Zealand, UK and the USA. Her core strengths include:

• Facilitating Strategic plans and rigour in implementation
• Operational planning and implementation
• Business development, sales planning, marketing and execution
• Installing performance management systems
• Presentation and pitch training

Alanna has a Bachelor of Business degree with majors in Marketing, Management and Public Relations from the University of Technology, Sydney. She is also accredited with the Institute of Organisational Coaching and has completed advisor training with Family Business Australia (FBA).

She is a dedicated, passionate and enthusiastic professional who thrives on the commercial elements of business.

After six successful years of working for BCS in Sydney, she relocated to the UK where she represented Business Coaching Systems UK for two years working with clients in the corporate sector, hospitality, logistics and sport.

Alanna returned to Australia in 2013 and has since continued to grow and deliver successful coaching programs to organisations across Australia and in oversees markets. She now Chairs three private SME boards leveraging her knowledge and skills sets in strategy, board effectiveness, governance and sales.

BCS hosted a strategic planning retreat with our entire team and were subsequently engaged to help implement multi-layered organisational reform, including but not limited to sales team development, HR systems and performance management. Alanna’s unique ability to engage with each of our people and work through complex planning challenges has resulted in us being highly prepared to capitalise on future growth opportunities.
