WHAT IS SCIENCE OF PERSUASION AND LEADERSHIP?

This training program accompanies the breakthrough theories and successful practical techniques for Leadership described in John Vamos’ recent book “Elephants and the Business Law of Nature”.

The program explores the five reasons, locked in the architecture of the mind, that make it hard for humans to be at their best at work and in teams. Understand these natural and biological limitations to how we form our thoughts and decide how actions allow you to think that you both understand why modern management techniques work (when they do work) and, most importantly, embrace new ways to behave and think in the commercial world to improve engagement and business performance.

PURPOSE

This interactive workshop successfully guides people towards a clear and easy to apply set of behaviours that will set them apart as a Coach, Mentor and Leader.
